It has realized the automatic continuous running work of the whole process from spreading, loading, squeezing, slag removal, and washing, which greatly reduces the number of staff and realizes easy, safe and reliable operation for employees.
The spreading is uniform, neat and without material leakage. The system is capable of height detecting, automatic correcting, and filter cloth length detecting to realize digital spreading.
Multi-level squeezing, high crude oil recovery rate, and air cushion suspension system is used to move materials, labor-saving and light.
The slag is removed thoroughly, multi-level cloth washing, the filter cloth is dismantled and washed clean and dehydrated very well.
The squeezing program can be adjusted through a visual window, which can be flexibly adapted to the squeezing processes of different customers.
All contact with materials is made of stainless steel, and most of the production line is covered with stainless steel plates to ensure that it meets anti-corrosion standards and meets food safety and hygiene requirement.
